Biography
I am dreamer and achiever. I always dreamt of achieving great things in my life. I never settled down for simple things. I am always on the move.
The real handicap of my life was my “mental chains”. I was a very shy person and my shyness prevented me from doing lot of things since I was a child. I needed to change.
The first turning point happened when I started working.
When I graduated from university, we were still in civil war in my country. What was the only work that I managed to find? Guess what? It was working as an insurance broker.
You know what an insurance broker does in his life? He has to go from place to place and say: hello mister, would you like to buy an insurance policy from me?
Surely, as a start, I spent days in front of the same shop, looking inside, telling myself: “should I go now in and talk with the merchant? No, look, he is busy over the phone. Look he is busy reading his newspaper. No, wait, a client just entered in”. I just waited there for days until I finally forced myself to go in.
First lesson I learned out there: persist and break your fears.
Sir Edmund Hillary the first man who reached Mount Everest said: “We didn’t conquer the mountains, we conquered ourselves”
I succeeded in my work, despite that I remained shy not very shy.
Second turning point in my life: while working I was still harboring in myself ideas about helping people. This thing really meant to me. So I came up with two major projects. My first project was to support poor people accessing medical treatment through building a huge network of 100 volunteers: doctors, dentists, laboratories, hospitals. This network is serving now 1000 poor family. My second project was to build a mutual fund; it’s a kind of a nonprofit insurance company who is serving nowadays thousands of people.
To achieve that I had to do lot of things and to lead a team composed of very important and well established people. I was only 28 and these people were 25 years older than me. I was a shy person but never less I did it. How I made it?
Second lesson of my life: do what you believe in; I adored what I was doing. I was living for it. That’s why I made it.
Donald Trump the super billionaire said: to achieve monumental things, you need monumental passion.
After these achievements, I grew in confidence. But I still needed to break few chains. Plus a huge handicap was there: I didn’t know what to accomplish next in my life. I went into launching and managing the first fashion week in my country. I financed the plantation of a cedar’s tree forest through donations. I joined international lions clubs and was appointed yearly as a chairman of a committee. I had a lot of enthusiasm and I wanted to achieve lot of things. I burnt my energy in every project that came into my hand. But, were these good projects serving what I really wanted to achieve in life? After a while, I stopped all extra activities and focused on my work while I spent my spare time in bed thinking what I wanted to achieve in life. Two years went “in bed” like this. I call that period procrastination time. I spent too much time in my bed thinking what I shall do in my life. Too many dreams came to me but I didn’t decide on anything. I was looking madly for solutions.
Third turning point: now, today and everyday
The real turnover came when I told myself I have to do anything. I needed change, I needed action. So I started to change myself. I started to self develop myself while waiting for my perfect dream. Slowly I discovered myself and life truths. I learned that everything in my life is attracted by the kind of thoughts I have. If I change I can change lot of things happening in my life. New reactions from my part will lead to other than my usual opportunities. I grew in wisdom, in awareness, get rid of lot of my limiting beliefs, discovered powerful empowering concepts, and started making shifts. I took consistent small actions to improve myself. Suddenly these small achievements gave me such energy, power and confidence that I felt I can fly again. I started to look for the kind of actions that really attracts me. I realized that I like to inspire people; I like to move them into change and doing great things. I also realized that I am always moved when I meet people who can inspire me. So I wrote my mission statement: “to inspire and be inspired”.
This metaphor helped to shape my future decisions. I started to work on myself to become an inspiring person, to discover inspiration in each person I meet and to look forward for great actions in my life. To do that I self develop myself in much bigger ways. For a while I didn’t have a clue what kind of goals I needed to have in my life to achieve what I really like to express. Until one day I’ve got the idea of becoming a life coach and making “Anthony Robbins” seminars style. I adored the idea, it was so inspiring and served my mission perfectly. But I was afraid from too many things: I was still shy, I was afraid from public speaking plus I didn’t have any skills to do it. Was I procrastinating as I usually had? Am I fantasizing? Will I drop my dream after a while? No. This time it was very different. I knew what I really wanted in my life. I knew if I wanted to achieve anything I needed to take action now and break through my fears. So I made a shift in my life and decided to become a life coach. I think it was the most daring and life changing decision that I ever made. I didn’t know how I can I achieve my dream. Despite that, I went into it like a crazy. Surely, when u take massive actions things start to unfold and a road will show up in front of you. I am now a life coach and most important of all a life mission coach. I adore my work and love sharing my experience. I witness everyday how I can inspire people into change through my coaching. I adore being a part of their success. I feel that I am growing exponentially and my dreams are going and bigger. Hope through my life I can touch and inspire as many souls as I can.
